The bicycle bookmobile is a relatively new spin on an old method of getting books and other media out to the general public. Bookbikes are most popular with libraries but are used by schools and other organizations as a "green" source of community outreach. The design method Pedal Positive takes to build bookbikes is completely custom for each client. We work closely with the client to design a unique workable vehicle. Questions are asked based on use, terrain, range, cargo capacity, operator limitations, and any other extenuating circumstances. Options include, but are not limited to electric motor assist, custom colors and graphics, construction materials, and theme. The bookbike will have all the options you want and none of the extras you don't need.
